Our purpose is to create and manage successful emerging market investment portfolios based on our own independent research. Our fees are invested directly in the search for uncorrelated alpha, funding our deep research team and extensive research activities.

Our experienced investment team has in-depth market and sector knowledge as well as an extensive network of contacts developed over 3 decades of working and operating in emerging markets. Instead of relying on ‘street research‘ and broker recommendations, all our idea generation, research and analysis is conducted in-house. In doing so, Matterhorn generates many unusual investment ideas which, in combination with our unique investment approach and intensive due diligence schedule, deliver uncommon investment intelligence.
