With a dedicated 5 person client servicing team, we deliver same day response times for any enquiries, regular updates on performance and markets, as well as a quarterly webinar.
Transparency is critical to our clients. We actively encourage all our clients to review our operations on site. We also promote attendance on our research trips, so that clients can witness first-hand our methodology for uncovering outstanding investment opportunities. In addition we have developed MIST Lite© for all our managed accounts, providing clients with a ‘live feed’ on their portfolio, directly to their desktops.
Great communication is the foundation of all long term relationships. Asset management is no exception. In addition to the above, we provide regular factsheets, comprehensive newsletters and frequent regional, country and sector research. Clients can also receive our ‘Market Snapshot, a daily report on the markets. All of these materials can be either sent directly to you or are available on this website.
